Collective Solution International (CSI), formerly known as CA Telemarketing Inc. or CTI, is a business process outsourcing (BPO) company that focuses on effective collection and customer relations management backed up by modern and state-of-the-art technology. The meeting of three individuals driven to succeed in their chosen fields; Sanie Cabangcala, Hooman Lahijani and Aaron Amid, paved the way to the incorporation of CTI in February of 2002, in Los Angeles, California.
CTI first opened as a small call center in the Philippines at Jocfer Building on Commonwealth Avenue, Quezon City, with 20 agents working on 3 accounts: Telecom House, Menus and BAK Communications. It was officially registered with the Philippines Securities and Exchange Commission as a business corporation on March 8, 2002. The incorporators, Sanie Cabangcala and Hooman Lahijani were the first officers of CTI, with Cabangcala as the President. After the significant growth from 20 to more than 200 employees, CTI moved to a new and bigger location at 41 Niscom IT Building, Barangay Holy Spirit, Commonwealth Avenue, Quezon City, on March 15, 2010. It now occupies a 2,600 square meter facility that houses 8 operation rooms, 2 training rooms, managers’ offices, a UPS Room, an IT/Technical Facility, a medical clinic, a pantry, locker rooms, executive office, a boardroom, meeting rooms, offices and recreational centers.
In August of 2010, CTI opened its first subsidiary company, CSI at Plaza Uno, Segundo Piso, Avenida 13 y 14, San Pedro Sula, Honduras, which now has more than 500 employees. CSI Cavite, established in 2013, holds over 700 seats and over 500 employees.
Together, CSI Centers employ more than 2,000 people and counting. The technical partners of CTI includes PLDTUS, Plantronics, Dell, HP, Avaya, MWTM, Lacie, Grandstream, Trixbox, US Colo, Juniper Network and Digitel.
